The shelf life of our products varies across the range:

• TrueStart Instant Coffee: 24 months
• TrueStart Beans & Ground: 12 months 
• TrueStart Coffee Bags: 12 months
• TrueStart Cold Brew Cans: 18 Months

We small batch roast all of our fresh coffee every week or fortnightly (depending on demand) but most of the time it's all roasted weekly so you always get a fresh bag made for you that week.

To make sure your coffee stays fresh, always make sure the bag/tin is properly sealed and keep it in a cool, dark place 😋
