All you need to know about placing and receiving your order

Once you've placed your order, keep an eye on your inbox 👀You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, including your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way 🚚. Tracking info isn't always instant -

🚚 What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can obsessively check its progress (we do it too) 👀

As coffee is a food item, we’re unable to accept returns for safety and freshness reasons. If there’s ever an issue with your order, though, please reach out at [email protected] - our lovely Customer Experience team are always ready to help
